Affiliate Terms and Conditions

Thank you for your interest in promoting Stellanea. Our affiliate program is designed to reward loyal customers who love our products and want to share them with their audience. By joining and participating in the Stellanea Affiliate Program (“Program”), you agree to the terms below.

1. Eligibility

Only customers who have purchased one of our products are eligible to join the affiliate program. After your purchase, you will receive an invitation via email with a link to apply.

We reserve the right to reject or revoke affiliate access at our sole discretion.

2. Commission & Tracking

  • Affiliates earn 20% commission on the net price of eligible sales (excluding VAT or other taxes).

  • Our system uses 30-day cookies to track referrals.

  • The customer must complete the purchase on the same browser and within the 30-day period for the commission to be credited.

  • You may not use your own affiliate link to purchase Stellanea products for yourself or anyone in your household.

3. Payout Terms

  • Commissions are paid via PayPal.

  • Payouts are made on the 15th of each month, for commissions earned more than 30 days prior.

  • The minimum payout threshold is €50. Earnings below this amount will roll over to the next payout period.

4. Cookie & Attribution Policy

When someone clicks your affiliate link, a cookie is placed in their browser.

  • The affiliate system tracks views and conversions to calculate your commission.

  • You will be credited with the sale only if the purchase is completed within 30 days using the same browser that the link was clicked on.

  • If multiple affiliates refer the same customer, the last-clicked link will be credited.

5. Promotional Guidelines

You agree to promote Stellanea products in a truthful, transparent, and ethical manner.
You must not:

  • Use spam, misleading claims, or false advertising

  • Use coupon, cashback, or discount code websites without prior approval

  • Bid on our brand name (“Stellanea”) or domain-related terms in paid advertising

  • Post your affiliate link in spammy forums or comment sections

  • Claim your content or website is officially associated with Stellanea

Affiliates must clearly disclose that they may earn a commission when sharing affiliate links, in compliance with applicable advertising laws (e.g., FTC disclosure).

6. Reversals & Adjustments

Stellanea reserves the right to reverse or adjust commissions in cases of:

  • Chargebacks or refunds

  • Fraudulent activity

  • Affiliate misuse or policy violation

7. Program Changes & Termination

We reserve the right to:

  • Change the commission rate or program structure

  • Update these Terms at any time

  • Terminate your participation for any violation of these Terms

If your affiliate account is inactive for over 6 months or in breach of these terms, it may be closed without prior notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for lost or untracked commissions due to:

  • Customer privacy settings, browser extensions, or cookie blockers

  • Customer clearing their browser cache or cookies

  • Incorrect link placement or outdated URLs
